A project management in 3 phases
We employ a Waterfall methodology. This approach involves dividing the project into several key phases.
Once a phase is completed, we consider it locked. The purpose of this approach is to avoid entering into an endless cycle of revisions that could jeopardize the smooth progress of the project.
1. Strategy
To comprehend a project, we must initially define and grasp its scope, specific objectives, and potentially raise certain questions that may not have been previously considered.
2. Creation
It's now our turn to act. In this phase, we execute the decisions made with you. However, continuous communication is crucial to ensure the successful accomplishment of our mission.
3. Deployment
Now, let's proceed. In this phase, we roll out what we've developed together. However, consistent communication is crucial for ensuring the success of our intervention.
Phase 1 - Strategy
To understand a project, we first need to define and understand its scope, specific objectives, and potentially raise certain questions that you may not have considered.
Initial Meeting
To successfully carry out the mission you wish to entrust to us, we will meet for an initial consultation (in person or online), lasting approximately one hour, depending on the specifics of your project.

Mission
The scope of the entrusted mission can be approached from several angles: industry knowledge, key objectives and indicators, products and services, competitive analysis, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
Users
We will precisely define your product’s end user to identify new opportunities and uncover issues, thereby enhancing user experience and customer satisfaction.
Brand
We assist you in defining your brand: message, tone of voice, USP, brand attributes, and visual identity to create a consistent and distinctive brand.
Marketing
We will analyze current marketing efforts and opportunities: auditing past actions, conversion funnels, content calendar, to optimize your strategy and maximize return on investment.
Presentation
We will then propose an action framework with our recommendations. This phase will clarify our scope of work and provide transparent insights into the deliverables you will receive at the end of the project, along with the anticipated timelines.
Revisions
Our proposal will be discussed and can be modified based on your feedback within an agreed-upon timeframe (typically about one week). Once your modifications are incorporated, our framework of action will be validated and considered locked.
Validation
The transition to the creation phase is contingent upon the validation of this initial phase. This approach, which may initially appear restrictive, actually helps maintain focus on the objective once the creation phase begins. With the scope of intervention validated, we proceed to the Creation phase.
Scope validation
After a specified period, we jointly validate your company’s scope of intervention. This crucial step confirms that the defined objectives, resources, and actions align perfectly with your expectations and market realities. It ensures optimal alignment for the success of your project.
Phase 2 - Creation
Now it’s our turn to take action. During this phase, we implement what we have decided with you. However, ongoing communication is essential to ensure the successful completion of our mission.
Appointment of Contacts
To ensure smooth progress, it’s essential for us to designate one or two individuals—a primary contact and an alternate—who will serve as our project points of contact.
You will have your own dedicated contact person—potentially the same as in Phase 1—whose role will be to keep you informed of progress and any validation points.
Outline of the Creation Phase
During the Strategy Phase 1, we have already validated an approach for each axis (photography, visuals, content, UX Design, etc.). Now, our task is to implement the chosen strategy and deploy it.
Based on the decisions made in Phase 1, we are equipped to provide (or create) the necessary photographs, visuals, and content. It may also have been decided that you will be responsible for providing these elements, in which case we will liaise with our contacts accordingly.
UX design (User Experience) falls within our expertise, and we may seek your validation on the relevance of our proposals.
Digital tools inevitably require a purely technical phase: development, database configuration, server setup, etc. This is our area of expertise, and unless you express interest, we will handle these aspects for you!
Before presenting our work for testing, validation, and acceptance, we conduct an internal test to ensure the smooth functioning of each feature.

Testing and validation of the work carried out
When we consider that the planned functionalities are ready, we enter a testing phase. This phase is crucial.
During this period, you will have the opportunity to scrutinize your new website/application and identify anything that does not adhere to the strategy we agreed upon, including any bugs or inconsistencies.
You will be provided with a document to fill out, which consists of a table where you can list your change requests. Please return this document to us within 2 weeks, after which we will propose a new schedule for implementing the modifications.
Once the modifications are completed, you will have the opportunity to repeat this testing phase and submit a second document outlining any further changes required.
Upon completion of these final modifications, we will proceed to the deployment phase.
Phase 3 - Deployment
Now, let’s take action. During this phase, we deploy what we have developed with you. However, regular communication is essential to ensure the success of our intervention.

Final touch
The deployment often reveals details that were not previously considered. Following deployment, you can provide new feedback and adaptation requests, while adhering to the decisions made during the Strategy phase.
Monitoring
After deployment, monitoring tools are installed based on the choices made during the Strategy phase. They enable analysis of visits, user navigation, order numbers, and newsletter sign-ups.
Training
During the deployment phase, you will receive training to familiarize yourself with the tool. This tailored guidance, specific to the deployed tool, will assist you in managing updates and creating content.
Acceptance
Approximately 30 days after deployment, you will receive an acceptance document. This document will validate that all functionalities meet the expectations defined in the Strategy phase, marking the official end of the project.
