Context
Nursing practices coordinate through group chats and paper logbooks: urgent notes get buried, replacement nurses discover patients blind, and health data travels unencrypted on personal phones.

- Handovers in DAR format with urgency levels and named read receipts
- Rounds generated from prescriptions, mapped and optimised on the server
- Installable on any phone and readable offline in the field
- AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, isolation per practice, access log
